The connection wasn’t very reliable and would cut out at times, which was frustrating. They also didn’t fit my ears well and kept falling out, even when I wasn’t moving much. On the positive side, the battery life was solid — I could use them for long periods without recharging. However, another issue was call quality: people on the other end often said they couldn’t hear me clearly. Overall, they work but have some important drawbacks that kept me from giving more than three stars.

For the connection dropouts and call quality, the most effective step is performing a full initialization (factory reset), which resets all internal settings and deletes old pairing information. (Note: After initializing, you must delete the WF-C710N from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair). Pleased... but...

I would not consider discarding them, however... I constantly find myself wishing they fit in my ear a little better. Maybe they could do an eartip expansion pack.

My only concern is the sensitivity of the touch controls, but realistically a mis-tap wouldn't cause any actual issues. Battery life is pretty good as well, definitely won't last an entire day but that's solved with the quick charge function.

Great Sound for music & exceptional sound quality for phone calls/teams meetings. Haven't downloaded the app yet, but honestly haven't needed too. Pairs well with IPhone & Android devices. Noise-Canceling on these are solid. Is there better? Sure. But if that's your thing, you're probably opting for earphones anyway. For the price -- these are a solid choice for work & entertainment that are easy to pair with any device.

I’m using them with apple music and its handles AAC codec superbly. App support is the same with ither sony headphones/earbuds. Case feels good and the hinge seems fine. It has a spring locking system that feels fine, only time will tell. The color of them is beautiful. Glacier Blue is by far the best color I’ve seen an earbud. Its translucent design looks better than the translucent beats studio buds plus.

Sound quality is also very good with a lot of customization. Very compact charging case, almost wish it was a little bigger because I'm afraid to lose them. Some of the finger control gestures to change tracks or adjust volume are a bit odd but overall I'm very satisfied.

Noise cancelling is ok but not great as expected for a mid-tier headphone and the talk through is very intense. Use for price ratio is very good. I lost the version that is one above this and that makes me very sad because they were great.
