This was Easy to setup. I actually did it as we were driving down the highway in our RV. It helped that we were heading northbound as it said to face north while setting up. Used my cell phone WiFi hotspot to setup and paid for service while my wife and I were traveling! The service was great heading through the mountains of Northern California to southern Oregon! I have travelled this route so many times, but this time I had no problems with sporty cell service! I drive a log truck and purchased this to run my trucking company in the woods. Because in trucking, service is important!

The starlink mini is great, but Best Buy sucks. I highly recommend the starlink mini but realized I ended up not needing it. So when I went to ship it back I kept getting this error saying “we are not able to print shipping label, try again late”. So I ended up calling customer support and they said “the only way you can return the product is by going to a physical store, we are unable to print a shipping label”. I live on an island off the coast of Alaska (Sitka) and not connected to the road system, so the only way I can return is by shipping it back. The closest Best Buy is in either anchorage or Seattle. I explained that to customer service and they said “unfortunately the only way you can return is by going to a physical store”. So I said ‘so what you’re saying is there’s no way for me to get a refund and there’s nothing you can do?’ And they replied “yes I’m so sorry”. Best Buy you guys suck, worst customer service ever and lazy. Never ordering again from you guys again.

The Starlink Mini is fantastic! Living in a rural area, reliable internet can be hard to find, but this device has been a real lifesaver. It keeps me connected to the outside world, which has been so important for both my work and my peace of mind. One of my favorite things about it is how easy it is to use on the go — I can plug it into my car, set it by the back window, and have a strong, steady connection wherever I am. The Starlink system was extremely easy to setup and connect to. It was used in a remote camping site and even with a limited opening in the tree canopy it worked really well. Highly recommend!

I love it ! It was about a 5 minute process to get it in to my RV and set it up! And it has been working amazing!

Was on the road and needed some internet and this thing was great option

i bought this because i just realized that we need connection constantly for everything. also, of course it's on sale. my son is a full time remote worker, sometimes he calls me that spectrum is down. we had to wait for it to go online again. i might bring this along on road trips specially if we stay in a hotel where internet speeds are abysmal. so far i'm satisfied. this is not a full time connection, i got only 50gb plan. option to add if necessary. see pics for speed compared to spectrum. as a note, i downgraded my Spectrum from 1gb plan to 500mb, i'm paying more for speeds that's less than 500mb. paying for something you're not getting is now a trend nowadays. just money making.

The mini is the most versatile Starlink you can get! It’s Mobile, small enough you can take from the vehicle to the house no problem. It’s easy to transport and fly with.

Great device especially while traveling overseas easy set up and reliable through weather events it's a must have on remote adventures too

We purchased this star link mini. We have already use it for camping/hunting. Love it. We can get cellphones service thru the Star link

Bought this for my family in Jamaica after hurricane Mellisa. It was the best investment ever. If ur thinking about, get it. You won’t regret it

This has worked great even in the middle of the mountains. We are dry camping which means no hookups. We got a Jackery to power it so we don’t have to run our generator as much. My wife was able to work on her School and I can watch my teams play.

I am impressed with this product! We have been camping for a month in locations with no internet signals, but after adding Starlink, we have great connection. This is a game changer. Bill

This is the Starlink everyone needs. I purchased as a business owner needing to stay connected. We traveled across country from FL to MO and Starlink stayed active throughout right on the dashboard of the Silverado. I had full a mini workstation set up in the passenger seat. Recommend for all. This will also serve as a backup when local internet goes down which is viable to business. I bought a 2nd for my dad who lives in a very small town and has no good internet choices, I believe this will change internet access for him greatly as well. Thank you, Elon!

I enjoyed shopping here at best buy, it’s hassle free, great customer service is been provided & I can find absolutely everything that I’m looking for. When I don’t want to visit a store I just shop online. I have zero issues setting up my starlink modem & it’s working perfectly. I even got it sooner than I was anticipating. Because of how great it exceeds my expectations I decided to grab another one. I always recommend my friends & family to shop here.

We knew we were going to be in remote areas in Upper Peninsula Michigan and needed Starlink to be able to stream movies. It has worked flawlessly. If you're planning to stream movies, you'll need the "unlimited" plan.

Amazing! The installation and connectivity to my Samsung Galaxy's and laptop computer is flawless everywhere I have a view clear of obstructions and even when there are quite a few, I still have acceptable connectivity to the internet. I'm practically illiterate to android and pc technology and I get angle and alignment of my mini-link within a couple of minutes, maybe 5 if there's a storm. Yeah, five out of five stars from my opinion.

I was so mad on Sunday when we had a 15 minute power outage at our home. When the power came on, a surge knocked out our Fiber Internet box. Frontier couldn’t come and replace it for a week. So Monday in desperate need of internet at home so my wife and I could work, I purchased a Starlink Mini. It needs to be setup outside and it took about 10 minutes to get it working right. It was a lifesaver this week. We had no idea that our family would be impacted by the Palisades Fire on Tuesday. Then we lost power in Thousand Oaks, CA. We were able to get updates on the fire to help family evacuate thanks to Starlink. With the power out we were able to connect Starlink to our cars outlets to keep it powered. So blessed to have internet in these disasters. Thank you God for knocking our internet out on Sunday before fires ravaged Southern California or I would not have had Starlink Mini this week.
