Great pair of headphones. Easily the best I have had in a long time. It sounds AMAZING on discord, super clear and crisp so much so, that I am getting told to do ASMR. On games, it is a bit pitchy but its just so clear and amazing.

Best headset I have ever had for work. Fantastic battery life, very long range. I can freely walk around during meetings anywhere in mouse house and even in the yard. The mute button is very handy, I love the red mute indicator in the mike. The noise cancellation is suprisingly great also -- others in meetings connot hear most backgroud noise.

Finally replaced my 6+year old headphones and these are perfect. Amazing software for custumization, and very comfortable fit. 100% will keep within this brand.

One of the most problematic headsets I have ever used. From the hardware to the software be ready to have troubleshooting and headaches at every step thanks to SteelSeries. The headset comes with a lovely proprietary USB-C transmitter to use wireless. No problem, connect it pair no issues right? No. I turn on my computer a few months after purchase and come to find out the transmitter has bricked itself so bad it will not turn on and will not reset and steel series "solution"? Buy another one. The software has a neat EQ and cool settings to play with. This software will not autodetect your headset even if it is the only thing connected the device. SteelSeries solution? Uninstall all of those EQ's you spent time making and use a previous update. Start from scratch. Okay cool transmitter doesn't work and EQ is messed up maybe you could use them as a wired headset for the time being? No. They do not work with the supplied usb-c charging cord as normal headphones they are ONLY wireless. If you have problems you are SOL for the low low price of $100+. Really the only redeeming qualities are that when they did work for a short period of time they worked well and sounded great. Performance without reliability is like driving a sports car that can not be refueled. The solution? Buy another car.
Very disappointed overall and will not be buying another SteelSeries product that is wireless.

I've been using this headset for a week now, and it has a lot of great things going for it. First off, the mic quality is fantastic. It's significantly better than their other headsets, thanks to the new chipset they installed in this model. Another feature I really appreciate is the quick switch function between wireless mode and Bluetooth—super convenient.
The adjustable ear cups are a huge plus. Finally, a design that fits different head sizes! It's a big improvement over the years. The sound quality is decent, nothing groundbreaking, but it gets the job done. What really stands out is the side tone monitoring—it's excellent. You can hear yourself clearly, which is great for avoiding that annoying tendency to shout during calls.
However, I do have a couple of gripes. I wish the ear cups were larger. They’re supposed to be "around the ear," but they have more of an oval shape that pushes them into "on-ear" territory. For someone with bigger ears like me, this was almost a perfect headset. Unfortunately, the comfort level is a deal breaker. I had to return them because they just weren't comfortable for long-term use.
So, while this headset has a lot of strong points, especially in terms of mic quality and adjustability, the ear cup size and overall comfort could be better. If you have smaller ears, you'll probably love it, but if not, you might run into the same issues I did.
TL;DR
Pros:
1. Excellent mic quality due to the new chipset.
2. Convenient quick switch function between wireless mode and Bluetooth.
3. Adjustable ear cup height for a better fit.
4. Decent sound quality.
5. Excellent side tone monitoring.
Cons:
1. Ear cups are not large enough for a true "around the ear" design.
2. Comfort issues for users with larger ears due to the oval shape of the ear cups.

Great sound quality. I’m told my voice comes through very clearly with the mic. Very well designed. Mic has a light that turns on when muted so you’re aware that it’s muted.

Great for four eyed glasses people! The sound is excellent for the price. The suspension band makes this the most comfortable gaming headset I’ve ever used.

I love this brand! I had tutle beaches, astros and more but I gave this brand a shot and loved it! Not only it’s super light but it’s very comfortable!

I love that these have heft (metal construction).
I like that I can attach head-tracking LED set on the ear cups without issue.
I like that I can tuck in the mic.
It seems to work well enough for PC gaming.
I do not like the ear cushions. Although they're soft, they let in a lot of ambient sound.
