sound and functionality is great but comfort is a downgrade due to one flaw. there is these big eartip pieces inside the earcups that poke at your ears which makes comfort horrible.

Best gaming headset I have ever owned but also at the most expensive. Definitely worth it. In my opinion if you plan on spending hours with the headphone on.

I purchased this headset from SteelSeries in early 2024, not even 2 years ago, and the headset is already deteriorating. First, the microphone cable has cracked, exposing the wire. Second, the left earcup is producing a low, sporadic crackle. Third, the padding has split on one side, exposing the foam underneath.
I'm surprised that their most expensive headset would begin falling apart before 2 years of use, and I'm even more surprised their support refused to help me repair their product. The warranty only lasts one year, and they offer no service to ship in the product for repair at-cost. I'll have to look for someone to do a repair in my area, if that exists at all.
I'm not looking forward to searching for alternative headsets, but I know at the least will not be within the SteelSeries product line.

Steelseries Nova Pro offers a very great sound and comfort. I would suggest adjusting the EQ settings to get the best sound from it, but out of the box sound is good as well.

First, I bought these and they’re very very expensive. Excellent wireless building however, I am not a big fan of those software. I had numerous issues with their software while trying to play computer games battlefield call of duty I end up replacing them with another brand which I really like better.

Sound quality is great and all the settings and such are cool.
But for some reason the chat volume is insanely low. I literally have the chat mixer about 70% to chat, 30% to game, my discord friends audio output boosted to 130%, AND discords output bumped up too. And I still have issues hearing my friends in discord. I'm not sure if I have a defective unit, an audio driver issue, or something else?
No matter how much I turn up the Chat settings, discord output, and user volume in discord, I can bnarely hear all my friends in Discord. Not sure what to do.

It’s good but just get the xbox version since it works on all consoles and pc. I don’t understand the reason for a ps5 version. I also wish it had a bit more immersive sound to it.
