The SunBrite Pro 2 Series is the same rugged, time-tested weatherproof display that is used in many commercial applications like Pro sports stadiums, colleges, hotels and more. It's built tough enough to withstand full-sun applications with the brightness needed for a great viewing experience...whether in a Pro stadium or your backyard. We certainly try to communicate what's included vs. optional with SunBrite products, and we're very sorry to hear you are disappointed. It's fairly simply to add Smart capabilities to this model - it has a weatherproof compartment in the back that can accommodate many popular streaming devices. SunBrite also has several compatible types of plug-and-play all-weather soundbars available. Hope this is helpful. Thank you.
