The shield was great and I highly recommend that folks use the Zagg shield on the kindle. The fellow who helped me with my kindle and accessories purchases walked me right over to the guy who installed the shield. He was quick, professional and friendly, gave me instructions about what it would do and how it would function, and it was a great experience. The only thing that was a slight hiccup was that he said the bubbles would disappear in a few days to a week, but it actually took almost two weeks for them to go. Otherwise, it was great and I'm very happy with the installation. Well worth having them do it, as I don't think I would have had the nerve to do a wet install (literally, water all over the place!) of the shield on the kindle!

The installation wasn’t too bad. It took the person two packages of the invisible shield to get it right. The screen protector was being installed onto an iPad Pro 10.5” screen, which isn’t the easiest. The final attempt is almost perfect. Not quite flawless, in my opinion. I am extremely demanding when it comes to these type issues and strive for perfection. Although he decided to open a second package and start over on his own, I almost felt like I was going to offend him if I asked for it to be redone. Overall, I would definitely recommend. It can always be done until you are happy. (At least that is what they tell you)

The agent that installed my tablet shield was a true professional. This individual treated my tablet as though it were his very own. The installation took less than 10 minutes, and I was given care instructions. The shield was perfectly aligned with the tablet, and the bond was uniform without any air bubbles. This was a perfect installation by a perfectionist!!

My family and I are big believers in Zagg Glass for our portable devices. When I got my iPhone 6S+ I applied the Glass myself. Nearly 2 years later I’m still not settled with the job I did. It’s slightly to the left and a speck of something is near the top. When I purchased my iPad Pro I immediately went to the Geek Squad without even opening it and had them apply the Glass. It was done quickly, applied perfectly, no bubbles, no dust, no nerve wrecking hours spent second quessing myself or regret for doing a poor job! Trust me, protect your devices and let the Geek Squad apply your Glass! You won’t be disappointed!

Bought a Spigen screen protector for my Mom's new Samsung 14.6" S8 Ultra Tablet. So happy to learn Best Buy installs them. They did a fabulous job. Tablet looks great. Very happy!

Decided to pay to have it put on, just not willing to try it myself, the screen protector was too expensive to chance it. When I got it back it had some small bubbles and was told they would go away after about 24-48 hours. Did not think they would, BUT THEY DID. Now the screen is smooth and you can not really tell there is a protector on it. Not as easy to clean though as the normal screen was, not a big deal though just use an approved cleaner with a cleaning cloth and it shines right up. OH and GS said it could take about 30 mins to do, they were very busy that day, left and went to lunch, got a call 10 mins later and it was done. Just go looking around the store and it should be enough time to get it done.

Thank heavens I bought a screen saver with blue light protection. My eyes used to get tired after using my tablet but now my eyes don’t fatigue. Best Buy installed it and I couldn’t be happier. I’m sure I would have messed it up had I put it on myself. They are pros.

For small devices, like a watch, you can probably do that yourself. But for larger devices, especially an iPad, you should just spend the small amount of money and have them put it on for you. It's guaranteed for life and if they mess it up, then you will put a new one on for you free of charge. And if you're lucky enough to get Alyssa at the Best Buy in Morehead City, North Carolina, then you'll have it done correctly the first time. :)

The agent that put the table shield on my IPad Pro was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Before the agent took the IPad Pro she was very informative and let me know what she was going to do and asked if I had any questions. When she returned with my IPad Pro, she let me know that there were two bubbles, but assured me that they would eventually disappear, to date the bubbles are no longer there. She was an excellent agent!

The Zagg shield I originally purchased for my iPad was installed at the Best Buy store. When I went to use my iPad a couple of days later and turned on the screen, what we thought were bubbles that would go away as it dried were actually fine pieces of lint and a speck. Also, the original shield smudged and didn't have a good feel to the touch. I have a Zagg shield on my iPad mini and really like it, but the one put on my regular iPad felt different and definitely was not smudge proof. We took my iPad back to Best Buy and showed them the Zagg shield. They saw the problem and installed a new one that is the same kind as on my iPad mini. No problems with the new Zagg shield and Best Buy was great!

For years I've paid Best Buy to install screen protectors. I've had some really BAD installations, but I've found that it depends really on the representative at the store. Fortunately I have several stores in my area, so I've figured out which ones have the better reps to install. The reason I continue to purchase their installation is because they guarantee to do it correctly. So if there is hair, dust, dirt, etc underneath the screen protector after they do it? They'll redo it for free. While I have had a good chunk of my time wasted by less competent employee installations, their guarantee has saved me money...and more importantly, I've ended up with a GREAT dust-free installation each time. I'd recommend they do it, but also recommend you inspect their work carefully before walking out of the store. Don't settle for something you aren't happy with.

I'm not great with electronic devices of any kind. Paying $14 for installation of screen protector and cover for my daughter's iPad may seem like a waste to some, but for me it was a great peace of mind that it would be done right, guaranteed. I had a friend who showed me her phone after she had done a do-it-yourself screen repair and got an ugly, fast-growing fungus (so gross!) under the glass. The money she saved was lost, plus much more, trying to get that nearly-new phone usable again (you couldn't see through the fungus at all). Instead the end, I think she trashed the phone. That experience of hers helped to influence my decision.

Actually it was not a TV it was a protector cover for my tablet. It was a very good service and the associate that help me was very professional and it did not take more than 10 minutes and of course I will recommend my friends and family .

I only payed $15 out of warranty to get the peeling from the hinge fixed, but for a small price preventing long term damage was the goal. Despite telling me it'll be hours before it was done, they actually got it done much quicker. Just wish I had an exra phone and number they could call to let me know because I ended up picking it up hours after it was finished based on the estimated time.
