I don't plug it into my laptop, instead I plug it into a portable charger. The charger can run it for about 48 hours. It works well.

Keeps gaming laptops a lot cooler

Since i got it the warmest my laptop has gotten, even when playing more demanding games like Ark, is a couple degrees above the rooms temperature. A whole lot better than feeling like it just got taken out of the oven like it had without the cooling mat. Also love having the extra usb ports on the cooling mat so i could hook up my external hard drive and my keyboard so i don’t have to use the tiny one on my laptop. This is a 110% necessity for me when using a laptop from now on.

I bought it due to high CPU temps and it immediately dropped them 10 degrees Celsius and now run very comfortably in a safer temperature range. I never had a problem with my GPU temperatures, but they were also lowered by 5 degrees Celsius. I wish the build quality were a bit better, but it does what it is supposed to do and the difference is significant enough to be measurable.
