Any and all product buying decisions should be made with the question, “what do I do if something goes wring or if support is needed?” Those with a Total Tech Support and a Best Buy purchase history can attest!

I consider this service to be mandatory for anyone that is not an expert on today's complicated electronic products . From solving computer virus problems to hanging a wall-mounted tv . The versatility of their service is amazing . I have been using their services for the last five years and have never been dissatisfied , It's the first bill of the new year that I pay ,

We have multiple devices covered. We have purchased new laptops, fire sticks , etc and use the service to install or set up. There are two wait times that semi to me are too long;the time to actually get through to someone and then the wIt for service. Sometimes is quick but I have had to wait almost two weeks

Highly recommend Tech support for the price and added services to computers, tablet, phone online service highly qualified however if it can not be resolved you can got the store for free tech service also get discounts of products with extended warranties

This is great for issues I can't figure out. They are available 24/7 but sometimes the wait time is excessive or the session gets disconnected (on their end). I would blame some of this on the pandemic as I didn't have any issues with the service prior to that. Sometimes you get a great rep and other times not so much.

Why didn't I become a TT Support member way back in the day? Probably because I thought it was another gimmick to squeeze more dollars out of you while shopping Best Buy (which by the way I LOVE this store!). Not sure how long I've been a member however it has been worth every $$. I never need to worry about facing any hardware or software issues alone. I can even troubleshoot at home while an agent connects to my hardware and performs magic. If you are not a TT Support member, I suggest you join.

Works pretty well if you think you will use it enough to justify the $200 price tag. It was worth it to me one year as I was doing alot of installs but I didn't re enroll since I probably won't be needing to install anything soon.

The protection plan fits the needs of non technical people They stay with you until you are truly satisfied and products work perfect

The Geek squad has fixed several issues in the past and were very knowledgeable about my laptop and s/w issues. Totally worth the investment.

I have been quite impressed with the Geek Squad! They were responsive to my needs, listened well, came out the same day when I called to inquire why no one was coming out to finish the job and answered all my questions. In the past, they have been most helpful on the phone, but this was the first time I had them out to do two days of work. It is so nice to have a geek tech I can feel comfortable with and trust. Thanks for all your help, Brandon and guys! You were wonderful!

This protection provides me with such peace of mind, which points me toward Best Buy even more than before. We purchased a Honeywell thermostat, was installed for free because of Total Tech. My new cell phone will be covered under Total Tech which will save me $15 per month on my cell bill. Was leary a couple of years ago but now I am a believer.

You might need totaltech support some time during your products lifetime of use. I can't afford costly repairs on my PC's and other electronics. I'm glad I purchased it. It cost my much, much less than it would had I not had one. It saved me several hundred dollars in repairs and updates that I wanted for my gaming PC's.
