The preinstalled router on our internet modem gave us half the speed as promoted/promised. (We are stuck with it because of the Condo Package). After much research the Archer AXE7800 seemed to fit the bill. Glad I Did. Easy installation, added my external hard drive for networking, give me speeds almost to what was promised/promoted by the internet company.

I came from the NETGEAR product line, which lately has been more expensive and full of problems like Wifi Disconnects on the upper 5G bands. For so much LESS money (I got for $199 during promotions), this router offered 3 bands, with STABLE INTERNET without dropping or interference, on all 3 bands. The setup interface was actually simpler than NetGear's (and I thought it was already simple), and at least compared to my previous router, I had to manually choose all the Wifi Channels and manually enable DFS mode. Archer does it all for you, and even automatically scans for the least inteference channels for you, both up front and on demand as you request it using their companion app. FANTASTIC! I highly recommend TP Products, and while initially apprehensive as I couldn't understand how the cost was lower, I'm definitely a believer now!

Was purchased to replace a 7 year old router that just couldn't keep up with all the devices. We can run several TV's, computers, phones, etc and it handles it great. No more lagging, or buffering. Also the parental controls are quite impressive, you can set bedtimes, online time allowed for each device. Best money I have spent, and I would recommend to everyone.

Impressive router. Quick setup when swapping out old router. I like not having to select 2.4 or 5.0. Channel selection matches the capability of the device. Channel 6.0 is there but none of my devices use it yet, but I’ll be ready! My printers are in a shadow area with a weak signal due to obstructions so I installed a matching mesh extender that seamlessly does its job.

Always been skeptical of these multiple antenna routers. This one changed my mind. We switched from a mesh system to this after having connection issues with the mesh system. The coverage is just as strong with this router, and the speeds are much faster.

This router has proven to be excellent in handling my 50+ devices. I get a strong signal throughout my 2000 sq. ft. house. I especially like the dashboard for accessing the router functions. I've prioritized the signal to my iFit Proform treadmill. I get absolutely no lag in my workouts.
