Best Wifi7 router for the cost

This router is ridiculously fast and has a massive range for a house. All ports have 2.5gbps speeds and is needed for a 2GB fiber connection. The setup was a breeze too. I would buy again. I would say this is the best router for anyone looking to future proof your wireless network. This is the only router minus Asus that has 2.5gbps ports on top of 10gbps ports. There are no 1GB ports on this router. For price to performance this is best buy out of all and also looks cool too,

It does however have a couple of flaws 1.It runs hot which causes its fan to make a noticeable amount of noise. 2. I experienced occasions where it would disconnect from my ONT. It would reconnect after a few seconds. This is more than a minor annoyance if you're involved in a game. It's not so bad if you're just watching TV.

In your case, we would first recommend making sure the router's firmware is fully up to date using the steps outlined in FAQ 2796 on our official TP-Link website: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/2796/
Additionally, since you mentioned another router exists in your network (your ISP modem + router combination gateway), this will introduce a Double NAT scenario, which commonly results in network anomalies, including connection issues. We suggest configuring the ISP gateway in modem-only operation, with the Archer as your main router, for best results.
