Seemed good but unreliable

I constantly have units disconnecting from the base unit and devices are always needing to be resigned in. Ive had this system for 9+ months. Their parental protect is nothing great and hard to setup and manage profiles compared to eero. Would not buy again. Tried reaching out to customer service and that was terrible too.

Router is fast and supports my needs, setup was a pain. For some reason after setup it then couldn’t find my internet, I had to do a reset and do the setup all over again.

Even after switched between different internet providers and i did not see any improvement . After setting up Deco XE 75 pro, my internet is pretty stable . Though my overall speed seems to be little lower but my internet connection is pretty stable

With HomeShield Basic (free) the Deco XE75 Pro can create parental control profiles for users, use preset age templates, pause or enable the Internet Content Filter, block specific websites, set bedtimes, and view insights for the device profile.

Making the Boss Happy

In a challenging/remote location and a very large house (6000+ sq Ft) I am happy to report he is more than satisfied. Wi-Fi calling has improved significantly with no dropped calls anywhere in the house. When he’s happy, I’m happy!
