Don't get it from Best Buy

I paid Best Buy an extra $23.96 for next day delivery. Delivery was delayed and Best Buy did not refund the fee for service that was not provided, even after I brought it to their attention. I will not be doing business with this company going forward.

Didn’t realize that only wi-if 6E compatible devices can connect to the 6hz band and I don’t have any such devices. I got the deco w7200 tri-band router instead-and it has been awesome. Still, it’s a good prod it at a good price, and I would recommend this to anyone who has 6E compatibility.

Range is my only real complaint. It can't penetrate to the outside at all, not even next to a window to an outdoor camera.

However I bought this after hearing about all the great reviews set up was fairly straightforward and not that bad however, the actual products I’m disappointed in one of the routers is constantly going off-line and is constantly in a red state. I’m not sure if it’s defective or what the issue is. The other two routers also have connections issues. I was still constantly having to switch back to my old Wi-Fi net work so due to this, I am returning this product and just getting comparable eero router.

I replaced 3 Orbi satellites (RBR/RBS50) with these in the exact location. The speed reduced significantly at different distances from the satellites. When connected to the Wifi 5 band the "speed" went from Orbi 150mbps to TP-link 37mpbs. I reran the tests several times and had the latest firmware installed. This was at the furthest point I typically connect to Wifi out by the pool. At a device close to a satellite the speed went from Orbi 300mpbs to TPLink 270mpbs. I also experienced frequent "hanging" on my PC as if it was disconnecting throughout the day. This happened at least a dozen times a day over a week. When I switched back to the Orbi setup the PC hangs went away. These had good reviews everywhere but the old Orbi outperformed them easily. Returned
