...but I had problems installing it for the free 6 months that bundled with my new laptop. Had to call for help after 2 out of 3 installs on different devices. As far as protection goes it works fine - so far so good. Not sure if I would recommend this or not - usually these types programs present problems of some sort, but it's better than several I've had before.

The protection it provides is only as good as the person using the computer. I feel it should have more safeguards built in for when kids are using the internet and click a wrong link.

i got this mac & pc virus protection scanner when i bought my Mac Book and to this date i haven't felt any threats to my system and lack of performance so i think its doing a good job. I know apple products have a really good firewall but a little extra protection won't ever hurt.

I got it for my MacBook Pro. At first it didn't want to work well, but after closing it and reopening it many times it worked.

I never used any internet security for my Macs until now. I haven't had any issues or problems with the program.

It keeps me up to date on recommended scans and I feel comfortable with this protecting my computer.

So far I like this internet security and haven't had problems with it, easy set up.

First time Mac buyer. Decided to buy Apple because of their build quality. Had many computers before, some cheap and some expensive (Dell XPS), and everytime within a year or two the hard drive would fail with VERY limited use. I use my phone for everything, except managing my money (MS Money), so any computer I have has very limited use. Only time will tell if my decision to buy a MAC was a good one. So far I'm pleased, however there's been a big learning curve trying to do similar things on the Mac that I could easily do on a Windows machine. If you're going to buy a Mac for the first time, check out some YouTube videos for help on how to navigate and use the Mac.

The program is easy to install, operate a does a great job. Best Buy used to have this on a real good sale but didn't this year hope they bring it back

Third year I bought this Software I got tired of all the issues from a competitor and I will never buy another product as long as this is made.

The only thing I did have was an invasive ad virus called FlashMall. Although it picked up some aspects of it, it did not identify the main culprit or any of it's files. I had to find out how to eradicate it on the Mac support page. I would give it a qualified recommendation.

I like the security alerts and notifications. Keeps my computer speed up and alerts me to any trackers.

This came when I bought my ipad air 2 and its a great anti virus, and come on, I got it for free so...

Trend Micro Titanium has helped me a great deal when surfing/browsing the web. It has saved my computer several times already from impending disaster by successfully blocking websites and labelling them as “dangerous”. As is commonly known, websites sometimes look innocuous enough, but when clicked on, they can unleash a torrent of devious, virulent, pernicious and malicious code that can disrupt your computer and set you back days trying to undo the damage (by reïnstalling everything—including the operating system, changing passwords, changing e-mails addresses &c.). In fact all it takes is just one malicious website (with spyware, malware, a computer virus &c.) to infect your computer. I speak from personal experience. For that benefit alone, TrendMicro Titanium is well worth the price. In addition, TrendMicro Titanium can scan e-mail or a downloaded file to see whether they contain any threats. Still, TrendMicro Titanium is relatively expensive since a subscription lasts only one year, but I would rather pay that than have to deal with the potential threats invented by those cretins and pinheads who seem to derive a fiendish glee from mucking up other people’s computers, stealing passwords and identities &c. (I suppose it all comes down to money. Stealing your money seems to be the ultimate goal of these vicious types.) But the limitation of a one-year subscription is probably an advantage to the consumer after all since, like computer viruses themselves, internet security programs must continually reïnvent themselves in order to adapt to the ever-changing viruses written by criminals. In other words, just as the bad guys are always inventing new ways to commit crime by rewriting malicious computer code, the good guys (like TrendMicro Titanium) must vigilantly, constantly keep one step ahead by adjusting their tactics and strategies (read: rewrite new security code). For that reason, I’m glad that TrendMicro Titanium must be renewed every year. Maybe the TrendMicro Titanium programmers need a year to adjust their computer code to any new threats and potential dangers. Trend Micro Titanium is great! Kudos and bravo to BestBuy for keeping it in stock. One more comment: BestBuy offers both TrendMicro Titanium as well as the competing internet security/anti-virus program Kisparski. I looked at them both and, after a great amount of consideration and mulling things over, I decided that Kisparski offered things that I really don’t need. Because TrendMicro Titanium is so simple and easy-to-use, I would definitely recommend it. Thanks for reading my rambling rant.
