It works as mentioned! I had to buy a new one as I lost my other product and was happy to see it was very inexpensive.

The adapter works to let me charge my 1st gen Pencil which I didn't really need it for ... I did have to get this to use the Pencil with my new iPad because it changed the port to USBC instead of Lightning. So every month or so, the iPad forgets the pairing and I need this thing to connect again. I really wish I didn't need this, but it does its job.

This adapter is easy to use and serves as a nice tool for upgrading the ipad usage.

I needed an inexpensive adapter to charge my gen 1 apple pencil now that I have a 10th gen iPad with USB C. I just attach this to the lightning on the pencil and can charge with a USB C charger.

I do love this little adapter for what it is capable of doing, but the biggest issue I have is the size. It certainly works, when I can find it. I have bought it a total of three times because I kept misplacing the original… ugh

exactly what you need. perfect because in my case i got a secondhand 1st gen pencil and its what you need to connect to a 10th gen ipad

I don't know that I really needed this, but good to have just in case, I kept everything from my prior iPad and pencil and purposely chose and iPad that I could switch everything over to.

This sis the accessory thet my daughter is looking for to use the Apple Pencil to her new Ipad without buying the new pencil which is alos not compatible to the Ipad

I was hoping this would allow me to pair an Apple Pencil 1 w/an iPad Pro. It doesn’t. The pencil itself isn’t compatible. So if you’re looking to do that, avoid. Otherwise, you could use it to charge an Apple Pencil 1 via usb-c.
