This TV is for my daughter's room which I mounted to her wall. It was easy to set up, load our home wifi and streaming services and the picture is not bad, she is very happy.

After a year and a half, the bottom half of the screen failed. It only displays a light purple color. The top half worked fine. I went online to search for this problem and learned from the online information that this is a fairly common problem with VIZIO TVs. The Sharp HD TV that I had lasted 16 years. This VIZIO TV lasted a year and a half before I had to throw it in a landfill.

Best avoided. This TV has a decent picture, but the interface is extremely clunky. The smart functions crash constantly, and it also can’t seem to stay connected to our WiFi even though no other devices in the house have any trouble. There was also constantly an issue with the menus appearing as blank grey boxes on screen requiring a complete power down for several minutes each time to fix.

Bought a refurbished version and it was so glitchy I had to return it. I thought it was just that it wasn’t new so I got a brand new/upgraded one. The brand new one is nicer but somehow is still glitchy? The refurbished one maybe 4/5 times glitched out and the new one will 1.5/5 times glitch out. Vizio needs to figure out these smaller tvs.

Basic LED TV. Smart TV features are not that "smart". We either could not play various TV shows/movies or access our subscribed providers content. Logins worked, but most would not play content.
We ended up using a Fire Stick that allowed to access and play all shows/movies from the providers to which we were subscribed.
TV Picture, Sound, Controls all work as expected for a 1080p LED TV.

Im Very disappointed in he remote it does not have channel buttons it’s not easy to work I bought it for my husband that has cancer.. we had a Vizio tv prior but this is not comparable to the other one. I really think it’s because of the remote

It's ok, not great. The picture isn't as good as I'd hoped. A problem that started a couple of months ago is a blinking white light every time it's shut off. I've attempted to follow online suggestions to no avail. Vizio isn't as good as I remember them to be. I'd suggest looking at another brand.
