    Vizeo is the worse t.v. we have ever had.

    I have been on with Comcast and with Vizeo for hours and hours and our Vizeo has been a nightmare. My last 1 ½ hour call was with Vizeo. I just went in our bedroom to turn the t.v. on and it would not turn on. I had unplug it, unplug lthe comcast feed. I now have it on with volumne and on/off working. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE T.V. We want to bring it back and exchange it for another brand. We want to watch television. We do not want it to tangle me up on Smart T.V. but for some reason it defaults back and then I have to call Comcast to Vizeo.

    Worst TV I have ever bought! Audio terrible so had to buy a sound bar. Every time I use a streaming app the TV locks up and I have to reboot the television or totally unplug because TV won't even turn on

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again.     Just pay more for a better tv, save your time

    We bought this for use as a guest tv and I’m happy I used it before my relatives did. The sound randomly stopped working, it froze several times, and I had to do hard resets every time I cut it on. This all happened after having this tv for only 6 days. Keep the box and the receipt, you will need it. It got hauled off to geek squad as the employee couldn’t get it to function either. We returned it for a more known brand. Lesson learned! Just pay a little more for higher quality tv!

    do not buy if you plan to use smart tv stuff

    apps don't work on this tv when they work on every other device i have. apple tv app took a few trys to get signed in. netflix complains about not being able to connect to 1 specific server and won't work when everything else i have works fine. and plex the main app i planned to use with it complains of no internet at all. i will be returning this within 24 hrs of purchase for the and getting the lg i should have bought.

    No browser, Not good for RV

    If you travel and go to a campsite with free wifi for your stay..this is not the TV for you. There is no browser on this TV so if for any reason there is a Wifi network that has no password but requires you to agree to some terms or maybe put a password on the internet where it opens a browser page, it will not work. I am returning this.

    I bought this as a gift for someone. They opened it this passed weekend, hooked it up and the tv would not stop skipping to other apps, settings, channels, etc. No one was touching the remote. Saw a troubleshot for possible remote buttons sticking and that didn’t resolve issue. Also, put tv back to factory settings twice. Same issue. I didn’t have time to return this week for them and now it’s passed the 15 days from purchase so I can’t receive a full refund.

    Garbage, do not purchase!

    Absolute garbage bought television on June 10, was unable to even watch a complete movie without it buffering. Unable to connect to the internet and ask for software updates everytime you turn on the TV. Please also keep in mind the 15 days return policy of Best Buy, you'll be stuck with garbage.

    I am only giving it one star because I cannot give it no stars. I bought this 2/12/22 and the screen went blank and does not come except the tiny white light that turns green when working. It went dead 07/5/22. It lasted less than five months. And was only turning it one Sats and Sundays from 12-6pm. DO. NOT.BUY

    Absolute JUNK! Installed the television behind a one -way mirror in our bathroom so that my wife can watch TV while getting ready. Purchased it in March 2022. Today is August 1, 2022 and it no longer works. The problem is we have to remove the mirror via a contractor and replace the TV. Did I mention JUNK?

    Worst tv I’ve ever purchased. Sound always goes out and freezes all the time. I have to unplug it from the wall to reset the tv and have it work normal for a little while. After this once I turn it off and back on it does the same thing.it started doing this a few months after purchased so I couldn’t return it.

    This smart tv is worthless. It’s constantly freezing and seizing up to the point where it needs to be unplugged. And in the rare event that it is working it’s very slow, and lagging. Outdated. Very disappointed.

    This is the biggest pile of crap tv. If is finding Wi-Fi networks, blocks from my house. It is not finding the Wi-Fi network 25 feet away from it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this poc to anyone.

    This tv is absolute garbage for this price. The smartcast app page barely functions and the tv is slow. I should have bought a better brand. Super unhappy with this tv. Wish I'd saved the receipt :(

    I have always purchase LG televisions but I thought I would give Visio a try, given it was a smaller TV I ended up returning the Visio since the picture was terrible not sharp at all even watching Netflix
