Disappointed

Getting nowhere with Vizio on it. They want to send someone to my house..I do nothing want anyone at my house. Will never buy another Vizio and may not shop at Best Buy again

not that great in sound quality

Extremely Laggy & Unresponsive; Freezes constantly

Typically a 2.4GHz connection will provide a more than adequate connection and speed to cast and stream all of your favorite content. The overall size and price lead me to the D-Class. I'm glad I found this television. The Vizio D-Class is very light and easy to set up. The television walked me the setup/registration very quickly. Since we were not familiar with current television technology we needed to call Customer Support. A live person picked up on the second ring (No button pushing, no on hold time, no calling back at another time). The representative was very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable about the television. We had the answers we needed in minutes. The picture quality is awesome, there is lots of viewing content preloaded which eliminated the need for a third party device. WatchFree provided by Vizio is a great app and loaded with content. Overall very pleased with the purchase. When I was doing my research I saw many ratings referencing the sound so I knew at the outset I would be purchasing a soundbar, the low wattage speakers (facing downwards) delivered a lower quality sound experience (I'm sure the speaker size and placement were a way to keep the television overall size smaller).

Died in under a year
