The phones are good. Batteries in the phones not so great. Handsets seem to lose battery life to quickly. Other than that issue the phones work pretty good have good sound in ear piece others can hear clearly. I recommend only because the price point and overall features of this phone setup are worth the ok battery life of the phones themselves.

These wireless phones were just what we needed to replace home phones. They were just as described in write up and easy to set up. They have great features and i was very glad I selected this item.

Great range, and receiving sound. I have noticed that people have a hard time hearing us when we're on speaker. Still a good deal.

I needed a home phone unit that would automatically connect with my cell phone through Bluetooth when I come home. I purchased this item because my AT&T unit would not automatically connect with my cell phone and I was missing important calls. I originally thought it was my cell phone that was the cause but after buying this I no longer have to manually connect my cell phone every time I come home. The range is also great and I can receive calls farther away than with my AT&T version. I'm happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this item.

I had to return these excellent sounding phones because they were just a bit too large for my hands to operated. Therefore, I bought a different [normal] sized VTech set.

I purchased this set of VTech cordless phones because of the advertised super long range. I am amazed at the range of these telephone and highly pleased. They are as advertised at a reasonable price. I ordered them on line and picked them up at the nearest store. Very convenient.

Excellent performance and good range. Clear, large letters on display. Only downside is shape of handset...a little uncomfortable for extended use. Best to attach the belt clip to give something else to hold on to. Watch for sales. This item is often available for $20-25 below retail, even at BBY. Can be expanded to additional units if need be.

Amazing phone easy to use and very good quality phone

Very easy to use. I can plug it into any electrical outlet, after I plug the main phone into a modem. Orally tells me the phone number calling. Lets me know if the call is a Scam Alert. Great features.

We love the phone call screening. It works perfectly. This set covered upstairs and down so the extended range works great as well. Before we had to have two phone systems. Very pleased with this purchase!

Easy to use and set up was no problem at all. Instructions are great.

This system does everything I wanted in a cordless phone system plus more! I also ordered a sixth handset. The answering machine is clear when you play back messages (as long as the caller doesn't muffle) and you can hear well with the handsets. I have not yet set up the Smart call blocker but expect to do so soon. Irritating problem: VTech Support tells me that only 4 of the handsets will announce who is calling. Only 4 announce and you could have up to 12 handsets! At first VTech tried to tell me that this fact was in the manual, but I had the manual online and asked where it was located. Then they said other cordless models had this information. The only recourse they suggested was for me to send back the sixth handset that I had bought from them and they would reimburse. And then I could take the base and 5 handsets back to Best Buy where I bought the original system and be charged a $45 restocking fee. Don't think so. So if you really need the "Caller ID Announce", be aware before you buy.

Needed 5 phones & this fit what I needed. Sound quality seems to be good. Hok up was very easy.

Our family needed 5 phones for our landline and this easy to use set worked well for us. It also has a Smart blocker for those unwanted calls.

Easy to set up. Good quality and lots of features. Digital display easy to see. Replaced outdated—but still working—15-year old VTech answering system.

Overall this system accomplished what I wanted: hooking up 2 cell phones to wireless handsets. The only thing that glitched (infrequently) was the "phone book". On some entries it had names and numbers switched around. We never did figure out why but just made corrections as we found them. It had the range to cover a large house and yard.

Nice ring, good range and clear sound. I would recommend this phone to others.
