The phone book is difficult to get around and I would never order this phone system again. I wish I had my old panisonic phones.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Actually this was the THIRD system I bought (had to return Panasonic and ATT because they are not truly "expandable" - I needed 6 handsets and you can't get expansion handsets anywhere for either)! Our 15+ year old system finally died, so we just needed a replacement. These phones do WAY more than we need from a land-line (may never use the bluetooth and other features); we do like the caller announcement that tells us SPAM is calling LOL, the system was super-easy to set up AND EXPAND with a readily-available handset and the call quality is good when we do use them.

We prefer keeping our landline in the event of bad weather/tornadoes. Sometimes the cell towers are damaged enough and we lose our phone connections. These phones with the 5 handset are good for our house. The volume is just perfect and clear for us. We are elderly but not done living.
