This item was a geat value for a reasonable price. I always have a need to be safe and having my files backed up helps!

Replacing a physically lost device. There is never enough storage, but this fits my needs to update my current laptop from a previously archived system. Repeat buyer of this product at smaller capacity.

Real cool and fast drive, upgraded my laptop and needed all my music files from my old computer. Cool design as well, smaller/thinner than expected. You should definitely purchase this.

Ok, seriously there are only two reasons I picked out this external hard drive. 1; because it’s 2TB, which is what I was searching for and 2; because the color/texture. It’s appealing. It works for what I need. Was a little slow to export tons of files to from my computer, but is perfect otherwise.

The Geek Squad is worth every penny for their excellent service and friendly, but professional help anytime I need their assistance with a computer problem I can't resolve myself.

Great product, this WD hardrrive is supper light weight, and works really fast. Really easy to carry. One of my most favorite function is the password protection that it offers.

Easily was able to plug it in and begin use with my PlayStation 5. No issues with the product itself

I have two computers in my office, and have found myself looking for files on one that end up being on the other. By using the Passport 2TB drive as my "hard drive" I always know where the files will be.

Drive is recognizable as usb drive. Comes with utilities on drive. Backup software works fine Windows 10. Not a fan of Cloud usage and wants to force you on some of the software that can with utilities.

Needed an external drive for extra storage and this small device did the trick. Just plug in the USB port of the computer and it's good to go.

Love this very small trim external drive. Just wish it had a longer connection cable. Had to set it on my computer unit (which is under the desk) as cable not long enough to set on desk.

I purchased this hard drive for my son's computer so that we could save his information and work. His internal hard drive was failing and needed to send the laptop in for repairs/replacement.

Have been a WD external hard drive fan for years. To supplement and complement my desktop or laptop, I would save my work to a WD external hard drive. It's quiet and file retrieval is quick.

This hard drive is a pretty color. It works as a pace to store files and other things that may clutter or use up space on your pc.

Bought two of these to save raw and edited photos/videos from our photo/video team. Transfer of files are very fast! No issues so far, and backed up through WD Discovery. Highly recommended!

I had to have Geek Squad download something in order to use it! Now it works fine.

Had bought for my mother in law as her pc dod not have enough space.
