great value works good have had no trouble at all

This plugged right into my Xbox One X with no issues. Was able to replace my older mechanical external drive and is much quieter and quicker. Great for your gaming console.

Very happy with this external hard drive, I like having all my documents/pictures backed up and not worrying about my computer crashing and losing all my info.

Was especially easy to fund thanks to the help from customers support at the door. Hadn’t used one in almost a decade and so far haven’t had any problems.

Works perfectly, I only trust WD after multiple Seagate drives have failed on me over the years. This one is functional and as described.

This external hard drive needs to be a searchable hard drive.

Bought the WD - My Passport 2TB External USB 3.0 in Red to backup work files from both a PC and a MAC. Didn't know I had to re-format the drive to except both types of files. It was easy to do with some help from a co-worker, but without it I would have been stuck.

Got a great value. It cannot be repaired so keep that in mind. The had would throttle its speed while I was backing up files. Max speed of 94 MB’s for 10 minutes and it would go down all the way to 20 for like 10 minutes. If the port has power it will stay on.

I wanted to transfer data before I changed out my laptop's battery. This did the trick. Price was very right and the salesman was explaining it to a customer just to my left in the store. I learned everything I needed to know!

Thinner than other My Passport drives I've gotten. Works as expected, and I love the blue color.

Love it just wish it came with a cord.When we open the box there wasn't a cord for us to use it.

I thought it would be slower to transfer all my design files from my old laptop but it didn’t! It was tricky making it work on a mac though.

I needed to free up space on my Lenovo laptop in a hurry, and was happy with the speed in which photos were transferred. My laptop is purring again!

Helped me make more room to install games for PS4. Very simple setup. Plug in and PS4 automatically formats the drive for use. Games load smoothly. No issues whatsoever.

Needed by the the Geek Squad tech that repaired my failed PC. They were able to transfer my data to this hard drive and give me a full backup.

I bought this for it's 2 TB capacity so I could copy one hard drive to another. It worked great, and after setting up my new laptop, I now use it to back up the data daily.

Backup software is no longer valid, so be prepared to spend some time with customer support if you don't already know how to set up a backup in WIN10. Otherwise, the drive works great.
