I am currently getting an "acccess denied" error with no access to data. The whole point of an external drive is data security and access. I will never purchase another external drive from Western Digital. I had similar experiences with another WD external drive.

I love this about them but as with any manufacture's product without innovation they become complacent. The software contains no wizard but random products placed for you to install. No explanations of what or how to use any of them. I gave the score of 3 stars based on dependability only.
