Mine in particular stopped working just about 3 works after I got it, 3 weeks of storage for sixty dollars? I’m charged for time it seems, wouldn’t recommend.

Poor product had to buy something that wasn’t WD, couldn’t download to it Have had trouble with WD before. I won’t buy these any more learned my lesson

Do not buy this hard drive It was not working before I opened the box, returning ASAP. Apple Support helped me for an hour waste of my time.

Cheaply made. Verry low quality for the price. Also it doesn’t live up to what was advertised. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone els.

Incompatible with my pc, would not back up files. Bought Seagstr Slim from amazon as replacement because you stopped selling Seagate, a much better product.

Title says it all, we took it back because any app you tried to download to use it to its fullest potential would fail. I would not recommend this product.

Can't drag & drop files on to it. Makes you open some kind of cloud account. I cannot even figure it out. So disappointed!

Crashed after very little use and no where near max capacity. Tried two different data retrieval services with no luck.

Worked well for a week and a half and then it began to make a weird noise and none of the data on the disc was readable/recoverable.

This was a gift for a friend, who was running low on hard drive space, in the drive failed after 2 months of use. Extremely disappointed.

Drive started clicking noisily when I plugged it in and was never recognized by the OS. Returned to the store for a refund.

This didn’t last a month. It makes a loud noise and all data always got corrupted. Now it completely stopped working.
