It stopped working after one month. Can’t copy to/from.

Important to have a good external hard drive to back up your files

Broke after a couple months of use. Would not recommend

I was looking for something that was a great price as well as have enough space for my Fiancée and I to upload files to clean up space for our phones, Laptop and maybe even XBOX One (Although We may need a separate one for the XOBX ONE due to the file configs between simple image, movie and music files to XBOX One Game Files). This HD is a Gem and with 2 TBs (2000 Gigs to Translate for the less Tech Savvy about HD Space) is awesome and for the Price when I got it on sale! If you need something that isn't difficult to set up and need to free up space off devices? Totally worth it!

Had bad experience with Western Digital laptop drive but couldn't beat the price at the time and needed a portable HDD in short amount of time. Glad I gave this a try. Plug and play right out of the box. Good storage capacity in a small footprint. Survived multiple trips to the desert and still going strong. Perfect as supplemental storage for my PS5. Would buy again.

This came in clutch when my laptop started running out of storage. Ive used passport external drives in the past and i can say they're pretty good. A bit pricey, for sure, but you definetly get what you pay for. Can't speak for anyone else but they're good to go right out of the box (on a Lenovo and Asus for reference)

This didn't work. No instructions came with the device. I kept getting a message that says hardware fatal error. I looked up trouble shooting instructions online and nothing worked. I will be returning this item.

Extremely complicated to attempt to use with Time Machine and lousy tech support on that issue. Ended up deleting everytging (which also was difficult) and returning.

Nice and Small, lots of storage space to store important files. Just want my husband needed for his music backup and storage.

This remote storage is easy to use and functional. It has ample space (multiple choices) and works great.

Very capable external drive with plenty of storage space. The included My Passport software kept crashing, otherwise would have gave it 5 stars.
