The my passport is great for backing up important documents and photos from laptops and desktops. It gives peace of mind if a computer crashes I have all my data saved.

I can’t believe I waited so lo my to purchase this extra storage! I use it for my Xbox I bought 3 years ago at 500gb and this was a life saver! Thank you Best Buy.

Great for quickly storing files to fee up space on my laptop

Perfect for me to back up my pictures, videos and music or anything i want to save that doesn't need to take up space on my SSD. Plenty of space.

Works great. Are use the back of Drive on my main system and it does a great job and pulls everything over and keeps it safe.

This is a good hard drive with good space but the thing is that sometimes it will disconnect out of nowhere sometimes but it rarely happens, may be due to the wire connecting it to my laptop could be hitting something but I am not sure yet.

I needed a higher capactiy replacement for a Seagate USB 3.0 1TB portable HDD that I had been using. This fit the bill and was priced as inexpensively as I could find.

I bought this product for school so I could save my projects and videos. I didnt know if there were any instructions on how to use but was disappointed as I didn’t know you have to recalibrate it first before using.

Bought this as a Valentines Day present (in red, of course) for a friend who had never backed up her Mac. Easy to set up and works great. Love the small form factor.

Stores data as expected. No other problems... Not sure there is much else to say. Would have preferred a different color buy oh well.

encryption works fine... not the fastest portable when it comes to transferring files but does the job and has never crashed which is the most important thing

This is my 6th WD Passport over the last 11 years & they all still work! No problems. I use them to archive photos, raw & jpg, on windows 10.

Used this drive to backup my data from my PS4 for migrating over to a SSD. After the backup, it's still a fast and tiny drive that I also use for extended storage.
