I remember when 1-2 TB externals initially emerged, they were extremely expensive and bulky. Now that we can get drives into smaller cases, 2 TB (which is still a ton) can practically hide in a small space like this one can. I might buy 8-10 more.

A little light in weight in my opinion. It has that flimsy feeling. I had to reformat it because this is NOT compatible with Mac. Make sure you are aware of that. And the compatibility program or app they offer is too complicated.

Good value for the money. It works with both Mac & PC - interchangeable. Easy to use BUT it came with instructions in about 10 languages yet none of them English. Just said to go to the website where I found PDF instructions which was a waste of time since they had them included in other languages.

Handles all my files no problem, I'm very Satisfied.

Excellent storage device, used to store videos. Dependable and reliable, never have any issues saving & transferring files.

My passport Ultra 2TB has been a great asset. I ordered it online and was able to pick it up from the local store within an hour. Best Buy makes it very convenient to shop online and pass the line.

I purchased another one of these a couple of years ago, but needed to be able to back up my computer without deleting any of the files currently on the older version. This works well and I was glad it came with a cord adapter so it can work with either of my computers.

Bought this as i have my regular laptop and a traveling laptop. Hated that i needed to copy files back and forth. This allows me to connect the drive to either computer and carry all my files wherever i go.

I find this product extremely useful, so easy to use and not expensive. I highly recommend it to anyone.

As happy as I am with my Hard Drive, I was disappointed to discover, after plugging it into my computer, that it was not configured for a MAC. I made it a point to ask the clerk if it was compatible with a MAC and was told that yes, it worked with a MAC but did not mention that I had reconfigure it before it would actually work with my computer. I lost precious time fixing the problem that could have easily been avoided.

This my second external hard drive. First one was so good I had to buy a second one A lot of space, fast and price was a good value.

I love this device! It’s so slim and compact and easy to use! Just make sure you format it to your preference before saving any files.

Works flawlessly and hooks up easily. I needed it after updating my 10-year-old Apple Mac Book Air (at the same time, I updated my Iphone 8 to an Iphone 15, so my learning curve has been pretty steep!)

Such a great hard drive, especially for beginners.

So easy to use. Everything you need in the box. Hook it up and save away. Super easy. I feel good knowing that all is saved off the laptop safely.
