Easy to use, digital and have a key. It is a super quiet freezer and has very spacious. Love the white color

The freezer is working great so far and can hold plenty of food (see picture) Buying in bulk saves a lot of money so this is the perfect freezer for those who need some extra space. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of 5 is the bottom of the freezer has a plastic plate for holding in the food; which is fine but I wish it was either a drawer or something more solid. If the plate on the bottom were to break the bottom of the freezer would become worthless, although it feels relatively strong. If I had to buy a freezer again I would have still purchased this freezer even with the minor flaw with the plate on the bottom.

Just in love with it. After having a chest freezer ( the same one) for more than 20 years this is a game changer. Runs well. Not too noisy or clunky. Even though I have no small children around I love the lock feature. The only thing I wish is that it came with an additional shelf. So far I’m very pleased.

I got it on sale so good so far. I really like the fast freeze, The shelfs leave a little bit to be desired and I wanted to add one. So I measured them and bought some wire shelving from Lowes a lot cheaper and had a had a lip to help keep food from sliding off the shelve. Just hope it lasts as long as the last. Made in America is a plus. I put a thermometer in there and it stays right at 0

Love the tons of space especially the door storage. Also the alerts you get when the freezer is open too long, definitely a bonus.

I have had this freezer for a little over a month now and I am very happy with it. It is just myself and my partner, but we were tiring of always running out of space in the fridge freezer. This has been great. We now are able to buy in bulk and save. The freezer has several temp settings which make it great for when you add a bunch of meat. You can turn it on high to more quickly adjust for the extra mass added. I highly recommend this freezer. We got a great deal with it on sale and our Best Buy Citi card.

Great freezer. I like that it is not a chest freezer so I can easily reach in and grab items. It seems to hold a lot!

I love my Whirlpool Frost-Free Upright Freezer. I live in an apartment and the apartment refrigerator has a freezer which is not very big so my new Whirlpool Freezer has saved me a lot of dollars because I can stock up on sales items now.

I paid cash to have a brand new refrigerator delivered and a used, molded, freezer was delivered. The freezer look like it was used for a work room. The manager orderd another and it came without drawers and only two racks. When placing the order, the salesperson clearly showed me a the photos of the desired freezer. It was not just a return, the product was naaty and unacceptable. Not only did I have to wait on the order, I took off of work twice, which was a waste of time.

I bought this freezer on Sept 11 and it only lasted a month. I had to throw away half a beef. Such a waste. Of course no one will replace the meat I lost.

Searching for an upright freezer amidst covid panic was fun in itself. Of course Best Buy came thru with one on their site. It was ordered and delivered within days, not weeks. I knew I was ordering a smaller version which was perfect for my garage. It arrived perfect and wow! I was amazed at its actual size. This can definitely hold plenty of food, more than I anticipated actually. So a great bang for my buck. I waited at least a month to see if my electric bill shocked me- nope. Barely went up. Love how it was quick to reach freezing temps then it stops and holds it, so not constantly running. Its footprint inside garage is small enough that I can still park inside garage and not fear hitting any bulky fridge. This has been the best purchase so far.

I had to find a freezer that fit into a specified space and this freezer is perfect. I also wanted one that has the alarm feature that will alert you if something goes wrong with the temperature. The freezer has plenty of room for a family of two, and it is easy to get food in and out of the freezer.

The space I need my freezer is a couple of inches too narrow to accommodate the starting width in some brands. I had a 14.7 ft from Frigidaire that was about to need a major repair. I bought this because it fits my space, had a competitive price and was a full cubic foot larger. It was not available in any store near me so I bought it sight unseen online. The freezer is OK, it freezes food reliably and thus far has not broken in the 6 months I’ve owned it and the noise level is acceptable, but inside it seems cheap and the bottom bin and door shelves don’t hold nearly as much as the old one. When it came time to put the contents of the smaller freezer into the new larger one, it didn’t fit.

Quiet,frost free,plenty of space,easy to move around

Now that more and more people are stocking up on cold foods during this pandemic, we decided to purchase this freezer for the available garage space. It's size and capacity has exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with it. No fancy-schmancy high-tech features, we really like the sturdy metal grid-style adjustable shelves, versus glass, the side door shelving for slimmer packaging, such as bacon, fish sticks, popsicles (grandkids favorites) and such. Especially like the included child-lock (key included with delivery), helpful for households with young children. Overall, we feel we made a good choice, we did purchase an extended warranty, as with all major purchases.

My husband and I were in the market for a stand alone freezer but everything was so expensive! We came across this WhirlPool and decided to give it a try. I wasn’t expecting much because it was so much more affordable per cubic foot than the others. I am extremely happy with it. Everything about getting the freezer was easy. From ordering, paying, delivery went without a hitch. It came the exact day they promised. No delays. The delivery guys were incredibly polite. This was right in the middle of the pandemic so I was a little nervous about people coming to our house. They dropped off the paperwork and we didn’t even have to sign it. They kept a safe distance and wore masks and gloves the entire time. I would highly suggest the Whirlpool freezer and I would highly suggest ordering it from Best Buy.

Storage on the door. Great shelf space. Love how easy it is to access items. Gets cold quick. Runs very quiet.

I ever realized how convenient it is to have an upright freezer when everything is visible and easy to access.. This one is in my garage, which I keep below 81 degrees, and it works terrific. On the normal setting everything is frozen solid. I am in my seventies and I wonder why I never got an upright freezer before. Much more convenient than freezer/refrigerators. This one holds a tremendous amount of food, more than you will need, with no frost at all. Waited a month for it to arrive and it was well worth it.

After owning a couple different chest style freezers I wanted to get an upright this time. I’m so glad I did. We love that we can see everything, don’t have to dig through everything to find what we’re looking for. I’ve had this one now for several months and have been pretty happy with it. We t sits in my garage, which is uninsulated and gets pretty hot in summer months. This freezer didn’t seem to struggle or seem to work very hard to do it’s job. The 15cuft model is the perfect size for our family of four. Very happy overall.

High quality freezer with lots of storage space. Made in the USA. Perfect size for storage area in the basement. Cooled down quickly at installation, and has held temperature. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but do you really need them for a freezer>
