I love this oven. I went from a single oven to this. It is so roomy. I can warm or heat in one while cooking in the other. I was a little concerned about setting it up and using it due to some of the prior reviews, but I had no trouble with either. I set it up with my Echo, and all I have to say is "Alexa turn on upper oven to _____". It is so convenient when your hands are messy from cooking. I would definitely recommend this oven to everyone.

We've had ours installed for about 4 weeks now. Looks amazing but is not very intuitive. Took me forever just to figure out how to shut the oven off after the installers turned it on to do the initial burn off. Was able to link Google and Alexa accounts, but they don't do anything so far. Also, the Whirlpool app allows me to turn on the lights in the oven, but wont respond to preheat requests or anything like that. The smarthome portion of this oven is definitely lacking, but the rest of it does it's core job which is cook stuff.

The design is beautiful and we are looking forward to many years of use!

Had this double oven a little over a week. Used it twice. Installation had a slight hiccup but all is good. Great price ftom BestBuy. Waiting for a new lower door, next werk. The original one had a bend in the handle. Still waiting for the $200 gift card that was offered when I ordered it.

I love my ovens. I do a good bit of baking and have really enjoyed it. The baking time seems to be accurate with the recipe. The inside seems to be larger than my previous Whirlpool. The stainless steel looks very nice in my kitchen.

After our 19-year old oven died, we purchased this unit after doing some research on double wall ovens. This can be tricky as you must have the proper measurements or the oven may not fit correctly in the space allotted. Since our old oven was also a Whirpool this unit was the best choice and basically the very upgraded version of what we had. We have been using this oven for about a month now and we really like the ease of use in with the digital controls. Plus it's beautiful and really improves the look of our kitchen. There have not been any issues yet and I think the biggest risk as is with all newer appliances will be the electronic circuitry which could be costly to repair. Hopefully, this will as trouble-free as its predecessor. The buying experience using Best Buy was excellent and the help I received in placing my order was great and the installation was very professional and efficient especially during the pandemic.

I started out looking for a gas double oven to fine out that there isnt one on the market. We found this whirlpool model and like its features. Once it was installed and trying to learn how to cook on a wifi enabled device, we lost the display. Therefore we had a couple of days i had to cook via my phone app. Thru the app, i also contacted customer service explaining the issue. Since it was the weekend, we waited a few days to hear back. There is no way to unplug it and reset the oven, so friend of mine suggested to turn the breaker off and on to reset. And that worked. Customer service final got back with me and the answer was the same. We are enjoying this oven more now.

We love the new oven for our home. The old one gave out after 14 years. The appearance is modern and sleek and the controls are easy to use. The installers were experienced and professional and cleaned up after they installed the oven.

The oven looks beautiful. The display print is small a little difficult to read. The space inside looks a little smaller then my previous one.

Fancy, but unsure about the touch screen as it takes time to get used to because you have to touch it just the right way for it to work

Great product but controls are confusing. I don’t think it has an off or cancel button to press.

The Whirlpool. Wall Oven was fantastic. You just need to know how to turn it off because you are not told in the operating manual. The doors are very large. It only has one heating element at the top… I was use to having two heating elements. You must press the Oven button twice to turn it off.

Love our double oven! Having the WiFi feature is an added plus, can start a preheat on the way home so we can put food & start cooking when we arrive.

Enjoying this oven. Much bigger than my last oven. My old one had knobs. This new oven is digital but easy to use!

The controls are very user friendly and the convection part is amazing! Looking forward to cooking our Thanksgiving meal in both ovens. Highly recommend.

Oven racks not at all sturdy. Very unsafe for placing a large pan inside with a large roast, chicken or turkey. Rack sagged on me when cooking a 4 pound chuck roast with vegetables in a enameled cast iron pot!!! This has never happened before in any oven I have owned!!!
