Once this was installed, I was completely happy with it. It looks great, is quiet, provides good light, and does the job for a great price. However, this product does seem to hint that you could put this up on your own, but this is definitely not the case (the only reason I gave 4 stars). The little clips on the back that you are supposed to hang it up on are pretty flimsy. But if you can just get a buddy to help, it's not difficult.

It seems to work good so far and is quiet...I am reasonably satisfied with it...But it does show finger prints!

Hey there! Installation was super easy, and it looks pretty good, but it doesn’t really help with recirculating the air since it has no suction. Honestly, it feels more like a decorative piece. I wish I could return it, but I missed the return window, so I’m a bit disappointed.

The range hood looks nice as a unit but overall I was disappointed. The stainless steel will not wipe clean, it’s almost as if it’s not a smooth surface. Fingerprints galore. Also, mine arrived covered in scratches. I’m going to attempt a return. Too bad I had to pay for the installation already.

This range hood was the perfect finishing touch for our kitchen remodel. It has a modern, stainless steel design that looks fantastic. The fan is powerful and does an excellent job of clearing smoke and cooking odors, and the lights are bright enough to illuminate the entire cooktop. It's also surprisingly quiet on the lower settings. A great-quality product that was easy to install.

The hood looks great over my Whirlpool stove. Installation wasn't bad. My only gripe, although a mild one, is the fan unit. Even on the high setting, it doesn't provide as much suction as I'd like. It's very quite, but that partially because the fan isn't turning very fast.

We bought this because of its price and it looked nice. It installed without any issue. We installed with vertical vented but the unit’s fan was so weak it cannot even open the damper. When I was doing a tissue paper test it can barely hold a piece against the filter and I was pretty much pushing the tissue against the filter to begin with. On the plus side the fan is very quiet. I guess if you don’t need it to vent out the air it’s okay. You definitely get what you pay for. If you are looking for air flow then you better look elsewhere.

This is a good replacement for a range hood. The stainless steel is not fingerprint resistent and you do need to purchase a true stainless steel cleaner to get that factory look. Water and other cleaners leave heavy streaks. The fan is super quiet, but it also recirculates into the air after being filtered. The suction of the fan is minimum even at the high speed...thus the quiet fan. Lightweight and simple to install. BYOB It did not come with a lightbulb so bring your own.

Matches my stainless oven perfectly! Easy to install for first timers. Having 2 people work on it is a big plus. Fan is super quiet, but not as efficient as my old range hood. Still a good value.

The stainless steel range hood was a perfect fit replacing an 25 year old hood. It was very easy to schedule an install with Best Buy and the installers did an excellent job putting it in and taking the old hood away. It is very quiet and works perfectly.

I found this to be a no-frills, solid range hood. There aren't any outstanding features, but it has performed well. The stainless steel look is very nice. The light is well-placed, providing good coverage of the oven cooking surface while being in a good location for changing the bulb. The light is either on or off (no dim setting). The 2-speed fan may be a little under-powered, but runs quietly and effectively. Installation was a little difficult physically but it was my first time installing a hood, so that may have contributed. I have been satisfied with my purchase.

Good cheap stove vent. Fairly easy to install and wire. Looks good with our new stove, and seems to work well. The fan is also pretty quiet.

It took us longer to remove our old, nasty range hood than it did to install this new one. Installation was very easy and takes just a few minutes if you are just replacing an existing hood (wiring is already there). It's a simple range hood, but it is exactly what we needed. The 75W light is sufficiently bright, and the recirculating fan is extremely quiet.

If you are looking for a stylish exhaust range hood for a very low price then you have found it. Looks good above my stainless range. However looks is not everything. Fan is very weak. Even on high speed it can't hold half of a paper towel to the filter. So all it has is it's looks. Also bestbuy can't even order the charcoal filter if you don't plan on venting outside. Basically I bought it for the price and the look and I'm not expecting anything more. I doubt I will ever turn the fan on.

The aesthetic design of this product is commendable; however, its functional performance is subpar. While I appreciate its quiet operation, the airflow generated is insufficient. Given that its primary purpose is smoke ventilation, the current output is inadequate. The high setting performs comparably to a low setting, and the low setting is barely discernible.

We purchased a second home last year and were updating all the appliances one at a time. We replaced the range with a new LG SS range w/double oven from Best Buy (love it) so the old '70s range hood had to go. Hardly any stores carry range hoods that you actually look at up close and personal. That's always been a problem for me. I like to see the product I'm considering before purchase. But it turned out pretty well impossible where range hoods are concerned. So I did my search on the Best Buy site and chose this one, ordered it, installed it and never looked back. It's beautiful, matches my range perfectly, is virtually silent when the fan is running, and it was priced right. No need to spend hundreds on a range hood - this one is perfect for our needs. Couldn't be more pleased.
