Handsome but not much better than the previous GE.

We thought that this range and oven would not be so hot as the GE, but if you ignore the range top which tends to siphon off some heat, the rest of the appliance is just as hot.

It was not. It had a broken grate that someone new was broken because it was just thrown in the box. It didnot come with a broiler rack and the back where the touchpad islocated moved ever time you pushed a button. CS was virtually no help at all. They kept telling me to bring it back. I’m almost 60 with medical conditions. How can i put a stove in my van by myself? They told me to ask a friend or neighbor. I didn’t have to ask them when i went get it. Why would i ask them to help me take it back? Kelly was helpful by ordering the parts. The problem with that was that she ordered the wrong ones. I will never buy open box again. I trust Amazon for things like that but never again with Best Buy!
