So disappointed, boiled some pasta, did not spill over and still there was scaring on the surface after first cook. I will be returning!! Had a GE for 12 years and never had this product performance.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Took this open box home and none of the heat worked. The one thing an oven should do, it could not. Obviously not tested by Best Buy, who doesn't care if they sell broken products. I left a review and someone responded saying I could spend even more money to get a brand new one. Won't ever purchase here again, and I have shopped here since the 90's. Better off at microcenter.

Stove has to b returned has something wrong with oven thermostat..im replacing it with a samsung better stove also purchased at BESTBuy

The 5 burners overheat and is not what an electric induction range should look like. It looks like the surface is peeling off.

1 pic-shows that a chip in the glass. 2nd 3rd pic shows where it seems like its rusting an a ring around where the heat comes on. Also the heating element on the inside top of oven dont heat as well as the bottom. Its only been a few weeks since my purchase an the stove is not used alot.

You have to turn on high to cook food but it is basic - the oven works but you need to increase temp to cook maybe 20 degree more - I last had GE and it was 800$ - 900$ but it heat up fast but broke after 2 yrs - you have two choices mesh glass top or glass top - Ge had Mesh glass top hard to scrap with razor - hard to clean - glass top Whirlpool easy to clean but do not drop anything heavy or it will crack. The oven broke on the GE convection electric circuit and to replace it cost 500$. If you like basic oven then this is good. I like it so far.

Love the the look of our new range! We were looking at two other similarly priced models from Samsung & GE and ultimately went with this one because it seemed to have a more modern look to it (especially the digital display and dials). We also liked the giant glass front for viewing inside the oven. We matched this range with a whirlpool stainless steal hood vent and together they look great! Performance wise everything seems to work as described (only time will tell). The delivery guys were great, and informed me that they installed strain relief on the wiring while hooking everything up. That is something I probably would have forgotten if I was to hookup the wires myself. As a note to first time range buyers the plug/wires are not included with any new range and you essentially have to buy new ones, otherwise they wont touch it. I was considering recycling my old plug, but decided against that after seeing what kind of condition it was in. One very minor thing I didn't realize is that the light inside of the oven does not turn on automatically when you open the door. There might be a way to program it to turn on, but so far I have not found anything. It was a feature we had on our previous oven, so it will just take some getting used to. So far we are very happy with our purchase!

I love my new Whirlpool electric range. I replaced a 25 yr old whirlpool and this upgrade is better than expected. It is easy to use, cooks on the stove well and in the oven. I like how it 'sings' to me when it's pre-heated or the timer goes off. Great range for the price. Love the look too!

The stove is excellent but when I opened the box when I got home the stove was damaged. The back and one side was bent and some paint was scraped off. I straightened the back and side some and the side that was bent sets against our cabinets so you don't really notice but was pretty upset that it was damaged. We live an hour from our Best buy so didn't really want to take it back and then have to wait on another one. As far as the stove functioning, it has worked really well and we are happy we it. The black cook top does show stuff really easily if that bothers you. A lot of people complained that it is hard to clean. We found that as well, but my wife found some sort of stuff that really cleans it well.

Family very pleased with the Whirlpool range. It's responsive, cooks evenly and is easy to keep clean. It looks sharp in the kitchen and matches the other stainless steel appliances. Bought it a Best Buy discounted price and had it delivered soon after. Overall very pleased.

My wife is writing the review because she uses it the most. I (Mrs. Wilson) like the range and the ease of all the buttons, knobs to use. When I first started using any of the units or oven, there were some sounds that I thought might be the metal tempering as it was heating and they have stopped. I haven't used the frozen bake yet, but it seems like a great feature-quick for frozen pizza no doubt. The under oven drawer isn't as big as my last range had, but it suffices for cookie trays and lightweight baking pans. I'm excited to learn more of what this range will do for us. Happy cooking!

I've barely used this stove, so this may not be a thorough review. I've only used the surface to make spaghetti one time, but it seems to heat up quickly and was easy to maintain a steady heat so the water didn't boil over. I haven't used the oven yet, but it looks spacious and easy to clean. The steam clean function seems like a good idea, compared to using super high heat or chemicals to clean it. The only thing I'm not sure about is it seems rather light-weight and sounds "tinny" when being moved and the drawer seems really light weight. I'm not sure how sturdy it is or how it will hold up for the long term. But honestly, for as much as I cook, I think it'll be just fine!

I've had no problems with my stove. It has been working very hard.

I usually buy the coil burner stoves, but decided this time to buy the flat top when I bought my condo. This is a wonderful stove! I've only been using it for a couple of weeks, but it is very efficient. It's easy to keep clean and the burners heat up quickly. The oven is great as well. I really like my new Whirlpool stove.

Great oven! It heats up quickly and lets me know when it's cooled off. I love that there is an actual bright red statement that lights up to tell us that the burners are still hot and then goes off when the stovetop is cool enough to touch again. It's also very easy to clean. This oven works hard and completes the job.

Easy to use range. Nice looking as well. I wish the warming drawer door was more substantial ( it is hard to open because the metal is so thin) and I wish the light in the oven came on when you opened the door rather than me having to switch it on.

This is a great stove. Heats up fast and it’s easy to clean.

I've only owned for about a month but so far so good. Having the dual element on one burner is convenient for when I'm cooking multiple dishes at once. It heats up quickly. My only complaint is that the cooktop surface scratches easily and I have been unable to get a streak-free clean but that's my error. The oven is great.

I bought this based on reviews and it has been a great purchase. The cook time is amazing and it has cut my time in half while cooking so watch your food! The oven gives you sound notifications for settings which keeps me updated. I only criticize the glass which gets stained from water alone and is hard to clean so clean surface immediately. Other than that its a great smart oven.
