This is poor quality control. Also, best buy web site lists that power cord is included but it was not shipped with the unit. Called support multiple times and they refused to ship the power cord, very poor customer service that if you can understand what they say due to their poor English command. I had a bad experience with Best buy after this purchase and I don't see them care about their customers no matter how many times you call.

You really have to push it to close and pull hard to open it, but other than that, it's relatively quiet, and lives up to the brand's standards.

Can run for specific times but I use the sensor and the load is dry without over drying. Holds a lot of clothes too. Just wish it had a buzzer to better alert when the load is done.

I should of check the back vent, and make sure it's a good size because I have to cut the vent because it's too long or the dryer will sweat. They don't make dryers like they used to, I give it two years.
