    Wished they had used shorter hoses, it stands our to far from the wall this way.

    Arrived broken. Whirlpool told me to fix it myself

    Dryer arrived broken and unfortunately, I was unable to test it before the Best Buy return period closed. I called whirlpool support and they told me they couldn't find a service rep in my area and to find someone and fix it myself. When I asked them how to find someone, or who to call, they told me to google it. I told them, if I can google it, why can't they? They said they couldn't find anyone in the area. When I asked them as a human being, if they were told the above information how would they feel. Their response was "incredibly frustrated sir". Avoid Whirlpool at all costs.

    Piece of JUNK

    If I could rate this zero points, I would. I really had built trust in Whirlpool products but never again! This lasted right till the 1 year warranty date & luckily I had problems one week before the man. warranty expired. Someone had to replace the motherboard on it (one month wait for the part). Now exactly one week past that it no longer has hot air. Be warned!

    Dryer was damaged. Right corner was smashed in. I didn’t notice until the delivery drivers left.

    Not worth the price. Had we known we could have returned in 15 days, we would have changed to the Samsung.

    Avoid Whirlpool

    The last 2 appliancs made by Whirlpool have both needed major repairs before 1 year old. The motherboard on this dryer needs to be replaced. The refrigerator's compressor needed to be replaced just a few months after purchase. I've been a long time Whirlpool fan but NOT anymore!!
