Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an issue with my Whytner Ice Maker and the warranty was expired by a month and after working with Angel a representative at Whytner she was able to resolve the matter. Angel was in daily communication and ensured I was clear on each step that was needed to resolve the issue. Her follow through and commitment to ensure I was taken care of fairly meant a great deal to me.

This looked very much in the style of my old one but at so much lower a price. It makes a good amount of ice for it's size. It's extremely well made and highly comparable to a Raritan or Uline. It is made to do well in mobile transport.
