This AC has been a huge upgrade for my small NYC apartment. It cools the space fast and runs way quieter than my old window unit. The app makes it super easy to adjust settings whether if I’m inside or outside. It’s been working great, and I have no complaints. Definitely recommend!

I got this a couple months ago for my new townhouse and let me tell you, it's the best purchase I've ever made. It is seriously so quiet and gets my room nice and cold within minutes of turning it on. I haven't had any issues with it and the filter is easy to change.

+: quiet, looks better than a normal AC, took 10 minutes to install, app -: a little expensive, could use more step by step videos, need more foam for wider windows!!

This AC is SO quiet. I love that the vents blow upward instead of directly on me. I also like being able to control it from their app. AC is turned on before I even get home.

Used to have another 8K but I put in a 6K. And then got this one for another room. Its definitely quieter than the original version
