Bought this for a phonograph, was told by an employee it would work. Didn't have the right setup for phonograph specifically, not sure how it operates for other functions asI returned it

Arrived on time but it was pretty much DOA. Hooked everything up and powered the unit on. Less than 30 seconds later it shut off and would not turn back on.

This product was not as good quality as I hoped. It didnt last very long before it broke and it took months for it to be repaired...and then broke again as soon as I got it back

I was dissatisfied with the product,didnt function properly after hours of following the instructions. I returned to store for a refund.

This is the second one that when i turned it on it popped and sparks came out of the top of it. This one was worse and almost caught fire. I am never buying a Yamaha product again.

Unhappy with this purchase. The delay in audio due to Bluetooth is so noticeable that the echo is really bad if playing on multiple speaker sets.

This is the only thing we have had to return to Best Buy. We couldn't get it to work. It was an open box purchase.

Bought for new house in Dec. 2018. Did not get to move in until March 2020. When I opened box to set up receiver only right side amplifier works for both A and B speakers.

Worked perfectly for over a week. Now there is intermittent humming coming from the receiver. The humming started just after the 15 day return to the store period. Now I must send it in to Yamaha.

You get what you paid for very poor quality sound. Did not work for my klipsch speakers. Return the unit and spend a lot more money for a elite system.

For the second time....I haven’t used it yet because I can’t find a 5 disc CD player...if i ever get a 5cd player I’ll let you know

Easy to use and hook up. I have had experience with Yamaha products in the past and they have been very reliable. Plenty of power for the job I have in mind and very clear sound.

geek squad rep. David Gallman said there was a wireless speaker available and hasnt returned my calls for over 2 weeks

Garbage thin tinny sound returned next day for full refund.

I recently purchased this Yamaha stereo receiver and am very pleased with it. The clarity of the sound is excellent. The reception for Bluetooth is very good. The music from my cell phone played on this receiver while in the same room, in two other rooms, and downstairs in my home. I am very happy with this receiver, and that is quite a recommendation because I am a Pioneer man.

The product is great and the Geek squad is excellent, but I returned the AM/FM antenna that was included in the purchase, but have yet to see a refund. A service person- Bob- Sput Eginpromised to fix the issue and get me a refund, but I have yet to see anything.

This was returned, Would not produce sound. After reading more about it, it maybe a common problem.

I hooked everything up turned on the power and nothing , it was a good deal if it had worked.

This receiver is A+++. The sound on this receiver is excellent. Bass is solid and Treble is crisp. I am driving a pair of JBL 250TI's with this without any signs of distortion. Bluetooth connectivity is excellent. The amp frequency response is 40hz to 20khz. Disregard the specs...Listen to it!
