Does what it says it will do. Every now and then it takes a few minutes to actually turn on and display input to the TV. It does eventually come on after the TV blinks for a bit on and off and then the sound cuts on.

Sound Quality has been great and so has the picture. Very happy with this receiver.

quality audio output with 4k/hdr video passthrough for gaming/movies. Not amazing, but nothing terrible so far.

You cannot get a receiver which supports all the latest formats at this price. Go for it.

I bout the 2020 version of this receiver in 2021. Everything was ok for awhile but now it constantly gets hung up when switching inputs and won’t display anything. U have to unplug the hdmi and plug it back in to fix it. Also now will show video but no sound. U have to unplug the power cord & plug it back in then magically has you have sound again. Settings wont keep so almost every week I have to calibrate it with the mic and then slowly the volume gets less prominent over the next few days (Level -50 is super loud, 3 days later u can barely hear it on Level -25). Could be I got a lemon but $600 for only 2 years just doesn’t seem worth it. Buyer Beware.
