Description

This Rogue Photographic Design FlashBender ROGUEKIT-LGBOX kit includes a large reflector and diffusion panel that allow you to create a large soft box for flash modification. A silver/black attachment enhances contrast or reduces reflected light levels.

Features

Compatible with select shoe-mount accessory flashes
Including select Bolt, Canon, Konica, Lumopro, Metz, Minolta, Nikon, Nissin, Olympus, Panasonic, PENTAX, Phottix, Quantum, Sigma, Sony, Sumpak, Vivitar and Yongnuo models.
Note: Not recommended for use with Canon 90 or 270, Nikon SB200, SB300 or SB400 or Metz handle-mount flash models.
Large reflector
With a shapeable design supports on- and off-camera lighting applications, so you can modify bounce flash, background light, rim light or hair light. The integrated adjustable strap allows quick and easy attachment.
Large diffusion panel
Attaches easily to the large reflector via hook-and-loop closure to create a large soft box that provides soft, directional light.
Silver/black attachment
Helps enhance the contrast and specularity of light and can be reversed to minimize reflectivity. Sewn hook-and-loop closure facilitates attachment.
Ideal for portrait, event and location photography

i've been in photography for about 40 years. This sounded like a really cool item to provide a "soft box" for portable flash. The light that is cast is not much different from placing an index card on flash and bouncing it. disappointed. Not worth the money. The flash bender by itself is a good product, but this is not worth the additional cost.

The Rogue FlashBender large softbox kit includes the very useful pliable reflector with a Velcro attached difusser and an additional silver reflector. This tool allows you to modify the light from your speed light in several ways. I have used it on my radio triggered speedligh for handheld off camera flash. I highly recommended as a versatile light modifier.

This is such a versatile awesome product with so many uses. I used the rogue as a softbox and reflector and shot some great headshots with my makeshift Peter Hurley style 3 point reflector kits and it was awesome. Initially, putting the product on your flash is a little awkward, but once you get the hang of it, you will find soooooo many uses for it., especially 1 light photography.
