Q: Dimensions including stand?
A: Give the stand six inches from top to bottom, I can't really say since I'm not in front of mine, and you can use a wall mount, there are mounts with arms on them that extend and move around, so you could mount it on the side of whatever the monitor is going in or on the back of it, with the arm coming out from the back.
Q: buy the 31.5" slightly lower res but CURVED monitor or the 28" 4K for gaming??
A: For gaming, if you're really serious about it, you want response time, which is the ms rating on it, 1Ms being the best choice, anything past 5 he may experience ghosting and that just means a bad gaming experience, although I've never seen it at 5 ms, only at 8 and higher, it's always good to keep the ms time in mind, but go with the 28 inch monitors, the curved ones will be off because, one they are bigger, and two curved, if you look at a 3 curved display, you'll see what I mean, but it's your choice on it, at work I have a big monitor in the middle and two smaller ones on each side and everytime I change to a big to a small and vice versa, aspect ratios change big time and it's a strain on my eyes sometimes. I suggest getting the same monitor or buying 3 curved ones.
