A: Did you remove the shipping hardware from the back? 4 large bolts must be removed as stated in the manual.

Q: Could I stack my old Duet Sport Dryer on top of this?
A: Yes. We stacked out Duet dryer on top of this Samsung dryer. The washer is larger but that is not a problem. You will have to buy the Samsung stacking kit as the Duet kit will not work.

Love this washer
I purchased the matching dryer about 4 months ago and I knew right away I had to have the washer. I LOVE THIS WASHER.. MY CLOTHES ARE CLEANER AND MY LOADS ARE LARGER !! Also, Best Buy was the only store out of 6 that had this delivered to me less than 24 hours after purchase, the other stores were going to be 4 days or more!! The delivery guys were super nice and very careful with my washer. Will definitely purchase more appliance's thru BEST BUY!! THANK YOU!!

Good deal for a high efficiency washing machine
I was a little worried when I bought this washing machine, to be honest. At only 4.2 cu ft, I wasn't sure if it was going to be big enough to wash a king size comforter but in fact it is just big enough. I've had these a couple of weeks now and ended up getting the pedestals recently which help to bring them up higher. This machine is so much quieter than my old top loader too. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and Best Buy delivered and hauled away my old one at no extra charge.

Very different from my old one
This is our very first front loading washer and I am still getting use to it lol. It works great, but is just so weird not to have to choose the water level or anything. It does it all for you. Our laundry comes out cleaner and spins out fantastic. I only have to use 1 detergent pod even in large loads. Everything comes out smelling nice and practically dry. It is no problem fitting large comforters in it with some room to spare.
