Very happy
Washes clothes quickly and quite, spins them almost dry. Easy to use, even has the wifi so that you can do it from you phone or tablet

Catastrophic failure in 2 years
Thinking I had a normal issue, I contacted Samsung service for an appt. While waiting, my wife decided to go into Supergirl YouTube mode and watch a bunch of videos to disassemble and see whats going on. Bottom line: The concrete balance block had disintegrated, tube bolts sheared, I mean it was like Tropic Thunder with real bullets in there. And of course, major appliances had dropped from 36 month coverage to 12. I'm an all Samsung home have loved them for 15 yrs plus. This company and I are now forever done. No help, and I mean none, from the Fillipino call center algorithm book to deny everything, even though a concrete block was the proximate cause. Also - there are super Reddit threads describing this as pathological across the country. DO NOT BUY. My favorite part is you'll see a robo response from Samsung asking me to call them. I DID! You said it was going to be a 2400 dollar repair on a machine currently selling for 800 when it was a catastrophic failure involving a known issue. Not even three years...and they expect me to buy a new unit. This was a 1500 machine.

Easy to install an operate clean my clothes perfectly love the smart feature so I can schedule my clothes to start washing before I get home and throw them in the dryer when I return.
