The temperature sensor is very innacurate. Sometimes the drying cycle finishes early and the dryer shuts off thinking the clothes are dry when they are not. There is no way of turning that off, so when I'm drying a blanket or something heavier I have to keep restarting the dryer.

The manual cycles allow you to choose the time of the cycle, while the sensor dry cycles use the sensors to determine when the load is dry. I believe the dryer takes a little more to learn as you use. Sometimes my clothes aren't quite dry all the way. But its a few minutes more while I fold those that are.

I was expecting silence but it makes normal washer/dryer noises. Also, when stacked, it does shake a touch. Otherwise. We’re super happy with our purchase!

It will cost the dryer to fix it. It’s making me rethink samsung appliances. The matching washer has the words come off the panel if your teenagers happen to drip laundry soap near the the dispenser. Laundry soap dissolves important settings on the panel near the soap dispenser-seriously?

Q: QuestionIs it normal for regular size loads to always extend to 90 min or more? I have yet to dry normal size loads of t-shirts and have it complete drying in 50 min on the normal setting. Eco dry is turned off. Normal or do I have a bad unit?

- A:Answer Same experience here. Gas Dryer just never gets very hot. With dryer set on Timed Dry, Max High, Eco Off (absolute necessity and it restricts the cycle to 40 minutes max!), it takes 2 full cycles just to get 4-5 t-shirts dry. Thats an 1 hour and 20 minutes. Worst dryer I have ever used.
