Pros: Quiet, Good Quality Printing, Copying and Scanning. Ease of setup once you have all the right stuff. Small compact and really a pretty machine. Good diagnostic progam. Cons: Does not come with manual. Is supposed to be XP compatible but there is no documentation for setup provided for XP. You get a cd that says XP on it but there is no drivers. It also has a manual folder on the cd and there is nothing in it. Had to go to Samsung website to download drivers, manuals. Samsung's web site a little difficult to navigate. Had to down load diagnostic program as well. Documentation on web site states it uses a 2.0 USB connection so I ordered one since it is not included. In actuallity it uses a USB-A Male to USB-B Male Cable had to go to electronics store to pick one up. Can't purchase it on Samsung site they don't offer it. Once I did all this it was a snap to set it up and is a great little machine. It prints out pictures in black and white beautifully I realize it is a new model but they need to make it easier to set up out of the box. I would recommend this multi-functional printer.
