A: Yes you can. I didn't have any service to this phone for the first week I had it. i was able to set the whole thing up and download all of the games and apps I wanted by simply connecting it to the wifi in my house.

Terrible Purchase
Best buy Don't really know what they're selling all they do is text and not focus . They only know the General Basics. I ask what the difference between a unlock phone and att? their respond" the unlock phone can be use with any gsm network and att only with att".. here I share my experience list of inconvenience : few days later it over heat, when using multi window it freezes within two running apps, received the samsung box without the sleeve that goes around it, missing download booster mode, and most importantly do not have 4g network, only accept H & H +network are between 3g and 4g. Best buy only give you 30 days which I'm stuck with this phone because these minor effect began the 3 weeks then major effect after a month. therefore I'm stuck with this phone. Get mobile company type att, tmobile, verizon,sprint. first time I purchase unlock phone Big mistake. soon I will make youtube video.

WORKS BETTER THAN MY OLD MOTOROLLA RAZOR MAX.
YOU CAN TAKE NOTES WHICH IS GREAT BUT ORGANIZING THEM IS NOT AS EASY AS IT SHOULD BE. YOU CAN ALSO TAKE A PHOTO, WRITE ON IT THRU NOTES AND SEND IT. THIS FEATURE IS VERY COOL ALTHOUGH I DO NOT USE IT. OVERALL THE SOFTWARE SHOULD BE EASIER TO USE THAN IT IS. ALTHOUGH THE PHONE WORKS GOOD, IT MAKES ME WONDER IF AN APPLE PRODUCT WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE.

Great Phone
Love the Galaxy Note 4. I use the stylus quite often. Best phone I've owned so far. The only downside is that this phone version is NOT LTE capable... I repeat, NOT LTE capable. I'm using it on the T-Mobile network and it's only HSPA+.. Therefore, they can advertise it as 4G but not 4G LTE... I do live in a major metro are because my previous phone was LTE capable and was/is still working. Other than that, it's still a great phone. Functionality is the name of this device. So many functions it can do.
