A: A new SIM card comes with the phone, and there is a phone number (listed on the bestbuy website, and I believe in an email with your purchase confirmation) to call, and they can activate it for you over the phone. Or, you can take it to an AT&T store, and they will activate it for you (also at no charge).

A: You can get it. Since it is lock with AT&T. You need unlock code to use it with other SIM card since I am AT&T costumer . After I purchased it in full price. I called them and they sent me unlock code in same day. Thanks
