Q: can you add an extra ssd and RAM in this thing?
A: No the RAM cannot be upgraded. The memory is soldered on to the mother board and there are no extra memory sockets. This is typical for compact laptops. I have found that this computer is powerful enough for most general uses and applications.
A: Yes an active pen is included. The pen is powered by a AAAA battery.
A: You needs a usb-c to USB adapter.
A: I doubt a screen protector would do anything unless you drop it. Do a refund if it isn't passed 30 days.

Q: Is there a place to plug in an ethernet cable (cat 5) or is Inernet access only though WiFI?
A: It does not have a ethernet port but you can get a usb c hub that will allow you to use a wired connection (there is a 9in 1) allows you to lug in up to 9 different types of peripherals
