Q: can i use this sd for my chrome book or not ? if not what do you recomend

A: That depends on whether your Chromebook has a full size SD card slot or a microSD card slot. MicroSD cards will work in both (requires an adapter if a full size SD card slot), but a full size SD card can not be inserted in a microSD card slot. Hope this helps.
