Q: Does this monitor HAVE SPEAKERS AND CAMERA? COMPATIBLE WITH TOWER COMPUTER?

A: I am not sure about tower computer. I bought this monitor from Best Buy for my son and he has connected both lap top and Chromebook and working very good.
Q: Would this work ok with a gaming tower?
A: My son primarily uses this monitor to play Fortnite. He says that the graphic detail and resolution of the game got 10x better from his LED TV setup.
