A: Yes, the 20 lbs is rated for each shelf.
Q: Can you put another bracket underneath?

Q: How long is the cord concealer?

A: Adding more shelves on the bracket? No
A: From the wall the glass comes out 17" and from the mount that holds it to the wall its 15 3/4". The glass itself exact size is, 18" wide and 15 3/4" Depth.
Q: Can Best Buy install this product for you ?
A: I would think so , but all you need is a tape,level and a screw gun. Easy to install
