Q: BOUGHT NEW SEAGATE GAME DRIVE FOR PS4. WHEN PLUGGED IN DOES NOT COME UP ON SCREEN, HOW DO WE FIX IT
A: Well my system automatically recognized it when I plugged it in but if you just go to storage in the system settings you should see it there as extended storage and then click on that and it will ask you if you want to set it up as extended storage you click yes and that should be it. That's how I set mine up
